1. Receive a faulty item?We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please send an email to email@example.com immediately with following information:
- Your order number
- Which item was damaged
- Photographic evidence
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, as this may result in a slower resolution time.
If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it directly to customer support!
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. How can I exchange my item?
If you want a exchange after receiving your items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with following information:
- Your order number
- Which item you would like to exchange
- The new Product
- A photo of the item
Please note that if the item has been used in any way, your item cannot be replaced.
The customer will be required to pay any costs involved in order to replace your goods. We are not a courier company and are not responsible for any costs incurred in using their services.
All claims for exchange must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. I have entered the wrong item / shipping address. What do I do?
We can change your item / shipping address before the item is shipped. Simply send an immediate email to email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Incorrect item name / shipping address
- Correct item name and color / shipping address
We are unable to make any changes or amendments to your order if your order shipped.

5.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost should be based on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to us, and the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost for this reason.
Consumers are not charged a restocking fee when returning goods.
- All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges for original and returned items are non-refundable.
- Please include a slip with your order ID number, full name and reason for return in the return package.
- Please consider insuring the return package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. miracase is not responsible for items that are not delivered or arrive damaged.
- All sales and promotional items are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty.
- Customers will only be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (including returns); no restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returns.
All requests for exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
